This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the front office staff was fast and efficient, assisting us with a last-minute check-in after unexpectedly leaving another resort. the hotel's proximity to the airport and the provision of a free shuttle service made our stay even more convenient.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. It would have been nice if the hotel included a small fridge in the room, especially since it is located away from town and guests often need to chill drinks bought in bulk.

If you want to explore legoland malaysia, choose this place. The people, workers were friendly. It was easy to park on site. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly.

My recent stay at Sem9 Senai was fantastic. The check-in process was quick, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. This hotel was an excellent choice for me, as it was incredibly close to the airport. I loved that I could easily walk there in just a few minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel room was top-notch, with everything neat, nice and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me as well, and the free WiFi was of excellent strength and quality.
